Our Fresh Meat Case is filled daily to ensure a nice fresh quality cut. Butchers are available on site to ensure that every cut is hand trimmed to ‘meat’ your needs. Our self serve sausage case is stocked multiple times a day with homemade specialty sausages made on site. We have summer sausage, snack sticks, wieners, and bologna available in a variety of different flavors. We also have those old butcher shop classics such as: head cheese, sulze, liver sausage, blood sausage, and cooked beef sausage. Many more specialty products are also available as we are constantly perfecting new products. Our freezer is case is continuously filled with specialty products. Currently, we make over 25 different flavors of bratwurst, and a variety of marinated chicken breasts. We have bundles available to help you fill your freezer at home, and save money at the same time.

We have a variety of different grocery items available to help perfect your meal. Barbecue sauces, seasonings, soups, noodles, and other canned goods are available. We also stock a variety of local specialties such as honey, maple syrup, and jams.
